HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM, 20 May 2026 — Sa Giang Import Export Corporation has won one of 10 spots at the THAIFEX – Anuga tasteInnovation Award at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026, running 26–30 May at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand. The winning product, Moringa Noodles Salad, was conceived, developed, and produced entirely by Sa Giang’s in-house R&D team.

The Moringa Noodles Salad did not begin with a trend. It began with a question: how can we make Vietnamese noodles healthy and compelling enough to carry the essence of Vietnam to the world?
The result is a noodle enriched with 2.5% moringa, a superfood recognised for its high concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Its vibrant green colour comes entirely from the moringa itself, with no artificial colouring involved. Served with soy sauce, mild chili, seaweed, and crispy shallots, it is light, satisfying, and ready in seven minutes. Convenience without compromise.

The THAIFEX – Anuga taste Innovation Show selects only 10 winners from a field evaluated by industry experts on originality and commercial viability. This year’s edition brings together 3,590 exhibitors from 56 countries across a 140,000-square-metre platform, making a top 10 finish a meaningful signal of market relevance.
Sa Giang’s Moringa Noodles Salad will be on display throughout the five-day event in Hall 4, alongside the New-to-Market Street and Startup Showcase.
